Returns Policy
If you have an issue with an item you have received, you may submit a return/exchange request. We do not offer refunds, only store credit and exchanges for other in stock products. An RMA number is required for all returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on preorder items.
All return and exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the order delivery date. Items must be in original, unaltered packaging (non-washed, unaltered, and non-embellished)
Shipping fees are the customers responsibility for non-blemished items and subject to a 5% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, please submit a Return Authorization Form with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If you need assistance with submitting the RMA, you can also email us at customerservice@lovethatcotton.com
If the return is a result of a damaged/ or incorrect item sent, LTC will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
Shipping
We ship out all in stock non personalized items within 48 hours of your purchase. Monday - Friday, except holidays. If your items is to be personalized please allow for an additional 1-2 weeks based on current order load.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Delivery dates on the quotes page is an ESTIMATE there may be some delays. LTC is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur after the package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the mail carrier. Please note that delays may occur for a multitude of reasons, including but not limited to weather, holidays, and high traffic times.
In order to track your package, you will get an email with your tracking number, you can also go into your account and look up your tracking based on your previous orders.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
