AN UPDATE FROM US TO YOU

Woooooooo Hoooooooooooo, Thank You, Gracias, you are terrific, the best, so appreciated, and the most AWESOME customers EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, now that I got that out of my chest we are seriously in LOVE with each and every one of our customers. In spite of the fact that we continue to have challenges with our inventory in the new website, you all have been so understanding and willing to work with us. We have contacted support many times to try to figure out why our customers are able to order product that show out of stock on the back end, product that both Cristina and I have zeroed out numerous times. Every time I have to call a customer, I cringe. To me, it feels like we are letting you down.

It is extremely frustrating when we update the website so that the item is not available for purchase and next thing we know, that exact item is being ordered. So far, no answers from Big Commerce and we scratch our heads trying to figure out WHY this continues to happen. PLEASE know that we are working on this issue and hope it will come to a quick resolution. There have been a few disappointments, but the majority of you have had a great attitude when we call. We can usually find other options to substitute for the missing product. So again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your loyal support, business, patience, compassion and love shown to us.

On a very positive note, our family has grown with the birth of baby Kannon on February 13, 2018. A “boy baby” for big brother Kole. Kole would not even consider having a baby sister. It was going to be a “boy baby” and that was that. So, Kole got his wish and Cristina now has two girls and two boys….a perfect family. With the help of her baby carrier, she is able to carry Kannon in front, pick up Kacie and carry her on her right hip, and still talk on her phone and or tend to Kyleigh and Kole. I see her in action and I am simply blown away how she manages her FOUR children and still keep some sort of sanity. So, so proud of my baby girl. She is such a good momma and tries so hard to please her customers.

The other good news is that our addition to our warehouse space is now complete. We have dedicated areas for our stock, as well as areas for receiving new stock and processing orders. The space has improved tremendously, making it more efficient and allowing us to get the orders out quicker. With the new space we have decided to add to our staff. We have hired Crystal on a part time basis and so far she is a great addition to our team. She is very detail oriented, has common sense and is not afraid to work hard. We are also in the process of interviewing another part time person who will come in on our busiest days and be a backup to Crystal. Progress is being made and adjustments implemented to enable us to run a smoother business.

Rex and Mayra have finally made Granbury their permanent home. Gone are the days traveling back and forth to Ft. Worth. With the expansion of the warehouse space we took the opportunity to add additional space and build a 1400 sq. ft. home. Compact as it is, it is not lacking of any of the everyday conveniences. The other perk is that we no longer have to sit in traffic to get to work and that is such a blessing.

Biloxi ….here we come!!! The WHOLE family will be leaving on Wednesday to set up for the Embroidery Market trade show that will take place at the Biloxi Convention Center May 4-5, 2018. Cristina will be there with little Kannon so come by to meet our new addition. We are so looking forward to seeing our regular customers again and meeting new ones. This will be a great opportunity to learn more about how to be more successful in your business as well as get new ideas. You will not be disappointed and you will simply have a couple of fun filled days at this show. So come join us. It will be a blast!!!!!

OMG, I almost forgot. As an added convenience, we are adding RA thread to match ALL of the Love That Cotton fabrics. No more wondering what color thread matches the selections you make. We are excited to see where this new add on will take us and hope it will make it easier for you as well.
