Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  When returning all other items, you are responsible for ALL shipping costs.  If you would like to return something, you must contact us prior to sending back the  order.

In order to receive a refund you MUST include your original order number inside the package you are returning.

ALL REFUNDS OVER $100 will be issued in the form of a store credit.

We do not accept exchanges.  If you need a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item.  Return the first one, and you will receive a refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 If the return is a result of a damaged/ or incorrect item sent, LTC will send you a prepaid return shipping label. 

Shipping

We ship out all in stock items within 48 hours of your purchase.  Monday - Friday, except holidays.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Delivery dates on the quotes page is an ESTIMATE there may be some delays.  LTC  is NOT responsible for any packages that may occur after the package has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the mail carrier.  Please note that delays may occur for a multitude of reasons, including but not limited to weather, holidays, and high traffic times.

 

In order to track your package, you will get an email with your tracking number, you can also go into your account and look up your tracking based on your previous orders.



Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
